What type of internet connection do I require?


Any high speed internet connection with unlimited bandwidth and at least 10-20Mbps download speed should work well, including DSL, ISDN, FIOS, Cable, Wi-Fi, and Satellite broadband connections.

Do you offer demo/trial accounts?


Yes, we offer a limited amount of 12 hour demo/trial accounts each day.



Are there different channel packages that I can choose from?


No, there is only one package which comprises channels from the USA, Canada & UK. International channels are offered as a bonus.



How long will it take to activate my service?


It can take anywhere from 0-12 hours to activate or renew an account, however, we usually try to activate subscriptions as soon as possible.
